Really depends on the stats you're going for if you're going full dex probably keen for example or if you're going for arcane then bleed. Arcane would be better with occult, since it has natural blood loss. As people pointed out it depends on your build. For bleed builds, double nagakiba is superior than double uchigatana. Title.
