Also, I don't know if it's because it's through Emudeck that your folders are set up how they are but, with manually installing cemu, I have my MLC path with an end folder of mlc01. Then it should be very simple to add the files from inside CEMU. Just go to File --> Install game title, update or DLC --> Select your meta.xml file, and wait for it to finish.
