My '17 F-150 has 56k out of warranty bc of years. The torque converter has gone out. It's been at the dealership over a month. Ford customer service shows the part shipped and closed the case. Dealership has told me it will ship 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20 and now 10/25.
