Both are owned by Beretta , however the Affinity is made in Italy from a factory owned by Benelli . The Franchi is for sure the superior gun between the two and the price tag reflects that. Franchi is made side-by-side with Benelli in Italy. Stoeger does have the exact same Inertia-Driven recoil system that both the Benelli and Franchi has, but at a much cheaper price point. .
