I have tried the following: Turned the printer, computer and router off and then turned it on in this order - router, printer and then computer. Uninstalled and Reinstalled the HP Smart software on my computer. It still says "Scanning is currently unavailable". I can print, I just can't scan.. Thompson creek windows reviews
