Before the Minecraft 1.20.2 snapshot update, you can easily obtain all village Enchantments from trading with any Librarian Villager you found. Swift Sneak, Feather Falling, Silk Touch, you name it. All of them will just randomly appear in a Librarian inventory.Spawned villagers and villagers from cured zombie villagers always start with a job (unless they're nitwits). But as long as they're in a village (one of them is linked to a bed) and you haven't traded with them, then placing a workstation will cause one of them to link to it and change job.
